We are having a very cold, wet spring. It snowed again just last week. It is almost May and we have planted nothing in the garden yet except the onions and garlic. The only bonus is that the daffodils and tulips are lasting forever in this cool weather. The leaves haven't popped open on the trees and the fruit trees have yet to blossom. It is really crazy. We are definitely at a higher elevation than many but we are still west coast living. It is supposed to be glorious, warm and spring like. Heavy sigh!
With all of this, I checked in the woods and found my annual delight. The wild trilliums are blooming. And that is a beautiful thing.
And on the sewing front, will be working away at one of the 3 current works in progress this evening because Husband will be watching back to back hockey games tonight!
