Black Currant Jam... yum


Black Currant Jam.  Picked the currants and made the jam right away.  The two currant bushes produce exactly enough for one batch of jam which is just the right amount to hoard and enjoy sparingly throughout the year until Black Currant day comes again.  Four jars and a bit.  Vitamin C in a jar.  Lovely!
