In Progress...

It is growing.  And fluttering in the breeze on the barn wall.  I have another border or 2 to add and then we will see if it is big enough.  Fun!

And then Mum asked me to make some fall-ish pillows so I got a little stringy with those colours and put this together yesterday.  I will see if she likes it before I make into an actual cushion cover.  I have an idea for another one too but that will have to wait for the weekend.

Linking up with Lee at Freshly Pieced and the Needle and Thread Network!  What are you working on?

  1. Really really like your quilted string blocks. I think it would make a fabulous cushion, but let's see what Mum thinks....

  4. I really adore your Marcelle Medallion quilt. I must admit I am not usually a fan of this quilt as I find it too busy but your colour and fabric choices work so well that it is just beautiful.

  5. I like the choice of the chevron fabric for the medallion quilt - it keeps it more graphic. This is a tricky pattern to pull off, and I think yours is looking good!

I also love that pillow. Food for thought!
