Even more progress and Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day...May 21!

This is just a sneak peak!  I don't want to spoil the surprise for the bride but here is the deal.  I think I have received all the blocks in the mail for the wedding quilt.  I have trimmed, pressed and arranged the blocks and I have made sure certain blocks were not visible in this picture.  ( More surprises)  I have sewn all the blocks together and we have a quilt top!!!!  Not only do we have a quilt top but, ladies and gentlemen, we have a quilt back because I used the extra blocks and made a pieced back.   It looks really great!

This weekend, I hope to get it sandwiched and at least start on the quilting.  I have a deadline of June the 9th.  Wedding day.  No worries!
